Phase I – Issue of Advertisement / Notification.
Phase II – Online Application.
Phase III- Conduct of Written Test, declaration of result & issue of detailed instructions for the conduct of Phase IV Test.
Phase IV - Physical Test, medical examination & Document Verification for short listed candidates.
Phase IV - Document verification, PET & Medical Measurements i.e., height & weight recording. PET will comprise of:
100 mtrs sprint – 17 secs
400 mtrs run – 1 min / 60 Secs
Sit Ups – 30 minimum
Push Ups – 5

Phase V- Candidates who qualify written test, possess all documents, meeting the height / weight / age criteria and have passed in the phase IV will be retained for the next phase. The selected candidates will undergo the following tests after filing the PIQ (Personal Information Questionnaire):
TAT (Thematic Apperception Test) – 1 Picture
WAT (Word Association Test) - 10 Words
Speaking Skills – Lecturette – 1 Topic
Personal Interview (PI)
Preparation of results, forwarding the names of short listed candidates to HO will be the responsibility of TSWRAFPDCW.
The marks & weightage for each stage will be as under :-
Xth & XIIth marks obtained - 15%
Written Test – 400 marks – 20%
Physical Test – 40 marks - 10%
Psychological Test - 20 marks - 30%
Lecturette - 10 marks - 10%
Personal Interview - 20 marks - 15%
List of selected candidates (in order of merit) will be declared within 2 to 3 weeksby third week of June to include names of 150 selected candidates plus reserve list of 25 candidates. These are declared on the website of TSWREIS.
